This model is designed with a table top that folds in half, and allows enough space in between to house both chairs.  The benefit to this model is that when it is all folded up, all you have is one lightweight unit to carry along with everything you need contained inside.  The downside is that it is a smaller table only capable of sitting two people comfortably, and is not as “heavy duty” as some of the bigger models.

Another type of folding camping table is a wood picnic table from Picnic Plus that sits four people and includes an umbrella.  Compared to the model from E-Z Products, this product is a little more “heavy duty” and can seat more people.  However, although it is all self-contained when folded up, the single unit can be very heavy to carry, which can cause problems if you need to walk a long distance to reach your campsite.

Choosing the right type of folding camping table for your trip can mean the difference between everyone sitting at a nice table to eat, or some people having to eat separate from the group and not being as comfortable.  These are just two models out of the numerous models on the market today, all you have to do is make the right decision to fit your needs.
